Instructor Terms

When you sign up to become an instructor on the EduWra website, you agree to accept these instructor terms. As an instructor, you are contracting directly with Training Tech Pty Ltd (ABN: 38644768954).

As an instructor, you are responsible for all content that you post. You represent and warrant that :

• You will provide and maintain accurate account information,
• you own or have the rights, permissions, and authority to authorize EduWra website to use your content,
• your permissions will not violate or misuse any third party's intellectual property rights,
• you will ensure the quality of service that be compatible with the standards of your industry standards,
• You warrant that you will not post or provide any inappropriate this include but not limit to incorrect, false, offensive, hateful, racist, sexist content,
• You warrant that you will not post promotional materials, unauthorized advertising, or any other form of commercial or otherwise through the Services or to any of the EduWra website user,
• You warrant that you will not use EduWra website other than providing teaching and tutoring to students,
• You warrant that you will not involve in any activity that would require us to obtain licenses,
• You warrant that you will not embed any other services to EduWra website,
• You warrant that you will not gain unauthorized access to another account,
• You warrant that you will not abuse EduWra support services.

Receiving Payments

To pay you on time, you must provide us with your Australian bank account details. Depending on the course type and duration, your payment will be made to your bank account within 30 days after the student complete the course registration. When a student purchases your course, we calculate the sale's gross amount as the amount received by us from the student. Then we will subtract any GST, a 2.5% administrative and handling fee, and any amounts paid to third parties for the promotional programs to calculate the net amount of the sale. Your revenue share will be 60% of the Net Amount.
